  Very friendly, and both the pharmacy and store managers are extremely helpful. However, there are frequently very long lines to check out, and there are often lots of items not in stock. Furthermore, the store closes extremely early (relative to surrounding businesses) which is very inconvenient. Finally, it is very annoying to have homeless people standing immediately outside the door to ask for money as soon as you exit the store (I do not want to come off as rude, and while I understand the homeless are people as well, standing directly outside the door of a business should be taken care of by the security guards employed by this CVS in order to ensure the safety and experience of its customers) In conclusion, it’s a very friendly, relatively well-operated store but it is very clear that it is still a long ways away from rivalling the RenCen CVS, or those in other major cities in the US. 2.5 stars would be more accurate for me.

  This location closes too early at a time when people are expecting it to be open! This place closes at kid toy store hours! You hope to get you some snacks and or some suppliments, and the lights are off as if the place has been closed for five hours and the time on your clock is only 8pm! It kinda makes you mad!

  I've witnessed last week , A 4"11 PHARMACIST-overly nice to customers but overly work the ladies in the pharmacy that works WITH HIM, NOT FOR HIM; and sarcastically talk down to them at the same time. He comes from a twisted/sick culture that believes women are underneath men. Im assuming he hasnt been updated on the u.s. lately and how the are firing ALL higher men , no questions asked. For comments, statements, and uncomfortable feelings that men give women in the work place. It really upsets me..I have 5 sisters and two daughters. I spoke with the ladies in the pharmacy and passed out EEOC, and the department of labor info on harassment and discrimination in the work place. Hopefully our President will inforce a class for foreigners to take before coming the u.s. , on our culture and what not to say, what not to do, and whats not accepted in this country...

  Lines start in a shopping aisle 🤔🤔🤔 Staff is rude. The star is for the excellent service guard who was pleasant and courteous.... HORRIBLE!!!!
