  I was at CVS today with my 4 year old daughter. We visited the CVS pharmacy to pick up meds for my daughter who is sick and autistic. Upon exited I had several bags in my hands and my daughter in another. My daughter accidentally dropped crackers which I immediately brought to a staff workers attention (I obviously had my hands full) and required assistance. Rather than being curtious and polite she then tells me rudely "well you should teach your daughter to pick up after herself"! I was extremely hurt, humiliated, and embarrassed. I thought I was doing the right thing asking for assistance rather than just walking away with a few crackers on the floor. As I requested to speak to the store manager, a store supervisor confronted me and stated the manager was not in the store. I believe the employee said her name was "Helena" (older woman with a wrap around her head and glasses). This is not quality customer service! I am a resident of Secaucus and an active parent within my community. I used to visit this store almost everyday. I'm not even sure I feel comfortable stepping foot in the store anymore. That's how awful and RUDE this worker was to me. I left in tears which no customer should. I'd like to see this employee terminated for this action! What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong! My next step is contact corporate office directly for this type of customer service behavior. Also, I used to work for CVS when I was a teen and left in good standing which also leaves me familiar with CVS's "customer service policy"! What a disgrace!

  Went to pickup my Rx. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Also, i found the CVS Mobile app having pickup Rx just by scanning barcode and paying with CVS pay a faster and convenient method !

  Never had a bad experience here, I am glad it’s here. It’s so convenient. The prices are reasonable and workers are very helpful and friendly.

  If your picking up a prescription and Edwin is assisting you then ask for another pharmacist for help. He clearly did not know what he was doing. He will recommend a product on shelf and make you pay cash for everything else. He made me call my insurance for four numbers he told me I needed to bring him a ID, BIN, PCN, and Group number, so I called my insurance company and it turned out the ID and BIN number was on the card and the group and PCN number can only be found by a pharmacist. He actually told me that it was expired and it clearly is not.

  Great pharmacy. Provides you with almost everything you need. I have been coming here for many years. It has great workers and they greet you when you walk in. It's nice to have a smiling face when you enter a place to shop. You are most likely going to have a great experience.
