  I really think it is ridiculous that I was just told I could not use the restroom here at this store on 1003 Richmond in houston Texas because for safety reasons I was told I had to make a purchase first. before I could use the restroom I think that is the stupidest thing but before he look me up and down before he told me..yes I am an african American woman do not judge me I am a Uber driver and needed to use the restroom and I definitely was going to make a purchase when I was done but I did not I clearly walked out of the store I think that is stupid for that employee a white guy with a red beard to tell me that...CVS I don't know his name to tell me I can't use the restroom after he look at me I am not a homeless person I'm not a person that is not fortunate enough to go use the restroom somewhere else I'm busy working as a Uber driver and I apparently needed to stop to use the restroom but because of his had to be judgmental he tells me I can't use the restroom if it was for safety reasons why do I need to make a purchase first..just tell me i can us the rest room...

  The staff and management are very lacking in every way. Except for being emotionless drones. I had planned on using the restroom here as the last 2 places I had been to had been out of order. But this store requires everyone regardless of emergencies to purchase an item with a receipt BEFORE YOU gain access to the restrooms. I spoke with management and he just kept repeating himself “we must treat everyone equally and everyone has to buy something before you can use the bathroom” what does that even mean? People won’t be treated equally until they have become a customer? After I purchased the 1st item I could before having an accident, I had to wait on the manager to unlock the door and then listen to him give me instructions on how to make sure the bathroom is clean, orderly & securely locked once I was finished. What terrible place.... someday management will realize they are in the business of serving people. NOT just the moment a person becomes a customer.

  I went in to this store this morning to buy a caffiene beverage, a protien bar and to use the restroom on my way to work. I was in dire need of a restroom and when I approached 2 of the employees to asked were the restroom was, I was told they would not allow me to use it unless I bought something first. Appearantly, this is a policy. It is hostile towards the customer, petty and completely unnecessary. I drove down the street to Walgreen where no one confronted me about using the bathroom. In fact, an employee offered to escort me to show me where it was. CVS chains have lost me and my families business from this point forward. You can believe I will discourage others from shopping at CVS as well. God forbid an elderly member of your own family needs to use the restroom before picking up a prescription. Whoever thought this hostile policy was a good idea shouldbe fired immediately. It wiuld be less tacky to put a POS device on the bathroom door an charge a buck each use. Demographic prejudice lawsuit coming to a CVS near you!

  I used to come here all the time, but I moved. Recently I tried to come in and use the restroom, normally I purchase a drink or a snack after, out of politeness. However when I came in today they had a sign on the door saying you couldn't use the restrooms unless you had a receipt. First off, very rude. Secondly, I always purchase my items after. I'm not taking food items into your nasty restand from now on I doubt I'll even be coming to your cvs at all.

  I have used this pharmacy for many years, mostly to fill prescriptions. I have found them very courteous, helpful and attentive. I have my prescriptions called in or I drop them off, for later pickup. I pick them up at the drive through, and if there are no cars in front of me, it never takes more than five minutes to get my order. A few times I have gone inside to make inquiries about a potential prescription, such as pricing, and have always been attended to quickly and courteously. On phone-in questions it sometimes takes a while to get someone on the line, but unlike some of the VIPs who review here and complain about waits, I understand they don't have a big staff sitting there waiting just for me to show up or call in, so they can all rush to help little old me. On the few non prescription purchases I make here, I have found the checkout person to be generally helpful and service quick, unless there is a pile-up at the checkout line and only one attendant, or someone is ahead in the line doing a month's worth of shopping with a coupon for every item. I have used the Minute Clinic in the past for flu shots and was seen quickly and treated professionally.
