  I see reviews about rude pharmacists but what I saw last time was an inpatient customer being rude with a pharmacist. Yes, the pharmacy is a little slow at times because they have people at the drive thru and people waiting inside but the staff is always friendly and provide good service. CVS could probably add one more person during peak hours.

  They need to learn hipa laws. They ask you to yell out your date of birth across a crowd of people, then they confirm it over a crowd of people and on top of it, they then yell out the prescription you are getting by its use. So far I've heard "here to get your birth control?" "Here for the hemroid creme, right?" Etc. it's humiliating their customers and against the law.

  The staff has always been friendly and helpful. People only write reviews when they think you are rude or you make a mistake. It is indeed unfortunate that good service goes unreported. These are good folks. To the reviewer who thinks they should recommend a doctor, I think you are making a mistake asking them. They are probably under company guidelines not to do so. If they did and you had a bad experience, you would probably blame them. Why not ask a neighbor or coworker?
