  We have remodeled four kitchens in the past 25 years, so we were bracing for weeks of mess, work delays, and hidden costs. Our experience with Cutting Edge proved that a kitchen update can be done quickly, professionally, on time and on budget -- they were fantastic and we are so happy with the finished product. Sales Rep Mark Williams helped us select materials and choose work options that kept us on budget. We were contacted by the scheduling office within a couple of days and set up the measuring and installation appointments in one short phone call. Randy, who came to measure, and Eric O. and Chris S. the installers all called ahead and showed up exactly on time. Their work was fast and professional -- all work was done exactly as promised and expected. One day later the plumber hooked everything back up, the back splash was installed, and our kitchen was done. From showroom to completion - 12 days! And the office followed up with us immediately to make sure that we were happy. No one that we talk to can believe it -- we are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend Cutting Edge Countertops for your kitchen project.

  Over the last couple of weeks I notices a bit of the “Granite” moved at the split …. I called your office in Wixom and found out that "Surface Encounters" was now "Cutting Edge" and had a quick call with you. You wanted me to take a picture and send a copy to you for your feedback …. Of course, as time went by and I forgot to take a picture for a week – I then remembered and sent you a copy the next few days. I then received a call from your service routing and discussed a possible date & Time. “Excellent Call and planning” I was traveling for a few days and then home with Monday off work – I was able to schedule time in the late afternoon for “Mikey” to come out and review\fix the issue. Wonderful conversation with Mikey and connection as to the timeline - 😊 He showed up at my home and realized that he was the install person back in 2012!!! Excellent we chatted 😊 He was amazing – knew exactly how to loosen up the seam and reline the granite and reseal ……. The countertop looks and feels GREAT!!   Just had our new quartz countertops and sink installed and so far so good. Mark, my salesperson, was easy to work with and helped me stay within my budget. The installers, Gary and Lance did a great job, it fits and looks beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!

  Just had our bathroom vanity installed by Gary and Sage. They did a great job. Very happy with our sales rep Nichelle. She was so helpful and took her time with me in the showroom even though ours was a small job. Great service from start to finish. Very professional. Highly recommend :)
