::I'm moving tomorrow and have been waiting on a direct deposit to hit my account since Thursday/Friday. Well, the bank decided it was going to take about 4 days to do site maintenance and I'm unable to receive said deposit until their system is back up. I'm also unable to spend the money that's on my card. So this bank has royally screwed me over. Never again will I be using this bank. I will be switching to another bank after this. I recommend you DO NOT go with this bank unless you absolutely have to for your student loan/grant refunds. And don't bother calling their customer service because they're all outsourced to India and they have no idea how a bank even works.
