  Overall, I am very pleased with my order. I ordered a small selection of signs to see if we wanted to expand our order for our entire facility. The signs arrived and I was pleased enough to place a significantly larger order of signs. Lucky for me, my first order came with a 15% off coupon which was very helpful on the second, larger order. I rated 4 stars because of packaging/shipping. I would suggest that some sort of reinforced packaging be considered as the box in which my signs were mailed was crushed (probably by UPS), thus bending one of my signs significantly (I worked out my own repair.) The signs have been an excellent addition to my facility.

  I couldn't be more pleased with my order from Custom Signs. The quality is excellent, and the price is surprisingly low. But what really made Custom Signs stand out was the customer service. After submitting my order, a question occurred to me that might have big implications for the durability of the signs I ordered. I sent an email and very quickly got a response saying that the person who got my email was running down an answer and would get back to me. Within a matter of hours, he called me and resolved my question. A few minutes after that phone call, I got an email alert: he had gone the extra mile to put everything we had talked about on the phone in writing so that I would have it for future reference. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and is the most significant reason that I will be giving Custom Signs my business again in the future.

  Great experience! They didn't have the size I needed on their website so I emailed to ask about a custom option. Within 24 hours they sent me a link to a customized option. I received the final product in less than a week. The price was the best part. I expected my custom order to come with a premium price but it was surprisingly affordable.
