  Don't usually do this. Mini cup cakes in long rectangular containers where the bottom is smaller than the top ?? == Immediately unstable platform .. EASY to roll/flip. I tried I REALLY tried but no avail ... they rolled. You need a compostable cradle with sides to put those containers in. Secondly, you need to advise to move the containers with lids *LOCKED/SNAPPED* in place otherwise the containers bends in the middle !! WOW .. nice job engineering that container. Person helping me was a very nice young lady. Nothing against her. The original person who took the order was not there. The deposit my wife paid wasn't immediately apparent on paper work ... took a phone call to figure out the remainder. Lots of question and confusion but finally figured out. My wife ordered a stand for the cake and cup cakes but that wasn't documented. So ... yet another call. Being an IT guy, this *really* got me. I had to give my CC so they can hold the # in case you don't bring back the stand. I get that ... I good with that concept. *BUT* ... She has to write it down on a piece of paper (just good old printer paper) with everything on the CC - expiration, CCV, name, number - and she puts it in a cabinet in a folder. Really ??? That's Cupcake Coutoure's idea of customer security and information privacy !?!?!?!?!?!?! Love the cup cakes. If Google did half stars, I'd lowering the rate to that but only because of the cup cakes.

  03/11/17 4:00 pm. Very poor costumer service. Wasn't very helpful at all, I mean come on if you don't like your job you should have made better life choices. Just saying. Girl with glasses.

  #1 Spot for cupcakes or any dessert......Customer service was impeccable I think the gentleman i spoke with was the owner and he took care of us at the location on broadway........The red velvet cupcake was my favorite......Will be back soon....

  My husband picked up a box of cupcakes for me and my daughter today the cake was stale and the icing was mediocre at best.

  Great experience. I got two cupcakes for around $6 and they were both delicious. They had a good variety and I got a good breakdown on the recipes of each; she steered me in the right direction based on my wife's taste. I was a bit concerned about the dryness from the other reviews but I found both to be moist. I'd go back, I just don't buy cupcakes that often.
