::The customer service at this practice is simply world-class. Every employee that I encountered was professional, competent, and warm. The staff is top-notch and the facility is modern with state- of-the-art technology. The mints and beverages offered are nice touches. The entire facility is immaculately clean and sterile, but still very warm and refreshing. I truly felt valued and respected as a patient throughout my entire treatment process. Dr. Battle is hands-on and was always available to discuss any concerns or issues that I may have. Furthermore, even though I was working primarily with his staff and other doctors, he supervised my case to ensure that I was receiving the best treatment possible. I did a series of laser treatments and a chemical peel at this office. I’m only midway through my treatment and have seen significant results. The prices are steep, but it is definitely worth the money. I recommend treatment at Cultura without reservation. Kudos to Dr. Battle and his team!
