  I have used them several times for service and have been very pleased. They are friendly and have always had my camper done when they said it would be done. They didn't have the model camper I was looking for, but I will certainly make this my first stop on the next purchase!

  We bought our Imagine RV from them last year and although we love the product we have run into several problems with this business since the beginning. We were never told about a military discount and they provided us with the wrong hitch-ball size, both of these problems were resolved but after our insistence. We moved out of the area and have remained loyal to this business and brought our Imagine up for a spring inspection and recall repair last weekend. Today we were scheduled to pick-up our rig but due to illness have asked if we could pay the $10/day storage fee and pick up next weekend. They told us that was not an option and we would have to drive up sick and pick it up. So much for customer service. We will be switching to a closer Grand Design dealership in our area.

  Great experience working with Sales(Ray Cox) and Finance (Daven Smith). No pushy sales like I have had I have worked with other dealer.When I call even after the sale phone calls are returned promptly and courteously. Spent a couple of hours going over the RV(first time RV purchase) Scott was glad to answer any questions I had and was in no hurry to get me through the orientation. Really great experience.

  We went to look at a camper that caught our eye on Craigslist and ended up buying a totally different camper after the salesman, Shane Moses took us to look at every single camper we wanted even though they were about to close. Wonderful people! The young serviceman did an amazing job walking us through the camper and explaining everything and fixed all the little odd and end things without us even asking considering the camper was a 2007! Great place, we would highly recommend your purchase from used campers all the way to a brand new RV!

  My husband and I just upgraded our baby-beginner-camper with a bigger and beautiful Catalina by Coachman. We have shopped around and Cullum & Maxey was by far the best overall experience! Our salesman, Shane Mosley was not only knowledgeable, professional, and helpful; without being pushy, but also saved us thousands by helping us get financed through USAA. Why Cullum & Maxey has the best review rating in the Nashville area is very obvious!!! We will deal here again and recommend that if you are looking for a great deal, quality camper, and helpful staff then this is your place! Thanks to Shane and the staff at Cullum & Maxey!
