  Best in the hotel. Hands down try there shanty beers and ribs bbq sauce unreal. Chopped salad was rocking.. Never had a bad meal there. I had a comped weekend at there almost every meal. After trying the rest of the restraunts.

  This place is inside the Hard Rock Hotel (off the strip) and is definitely worth the trip if you haven't been. It's bright and airy, with some outdoor seating. The drinks were very good and the food was just right for recovering from a long night (or is it early morning?) the night before.

  I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for a few days, the very first time I went to culinary dropout, it was such a great experience. The live music was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious. I ended up returning 4 times after my initial visit. The staff was superb, I have no complaints. I will be returning when In Vegas even if I do not stay at the hotel.

  YES. Everything was good. We had 36 hr ribs and tacos. Smashed Irishman drink is delicious. Our table got a ton apps to share like fondue, beets, brussels, all delicious. Service was great, staff was friendly. A solid dinner in the middle of a million options.
