    Poor communication. Almost non-existent. Received wrong product, after damaged product. Waiting weeks. Poorly run business. I don't know how a great company like Costco works with this company. My entire kitchen renovation has been hinged on this company and they've repeatedly failed to get my stuff. Days turned into weeks, weeks are now turning into months. Received damaged rice cooker. Got picked up and they sent a new one. Received damage overshelf with faulty pieces. Poor manufacturing. They promised me replacement parts weeks ago.. Nothing. Finally received another "overshelf" which I have waited weeks for( a seperate longer overshelf than the one mentioned above).. Opened the package only to discover it's not the overshelf that I ordered. They sent me a table instead. I keep on receiving wrong or damaged products and they don't reply to emails. Impossible to get a hold of somebody on the phone. Voicemail only. Spent roughly $10,000.00 with this company. My kitchen is on hold. What a joke. Thought it was a great company but no. One and done.

    Never been so disappointed with an online order before. For starters the actual checkout for their website actual closes for holidays. I was dumbfounded by this. But I gave it some of my patience and waited until online ordering was up and running again. When I was finally able to place my order. It stayed in processing From April 15th and is currently still in processing as i'm typing this. I spoke to various customer service reps. after being forwarded a few times I finally reached Lauren Morales. At first I felt like she would actual help and figure out what the issue was. She suggested there may have been a miscommunication with the order and the warehouse. I played along and agreed. She had told me she would see to it herself what the issue was and if I hadn't received any information she would go to her supervisor. Sure.... I called again after not getting any response be it a phone call or an email. She apologized and even sent me an email apologizing for the delay. I have been calling her directly for the last 2 days.. leaving a couple of voicemails.. And of course I have yet to hear anything back.. Maybe I was an unlucky one.. But I'm a growing catering company and they could've gotten a lot of my business.. But after this mess. Nope! not gonna happen.. BUYER BEWARE!!

    I found Culinary Depot to be one of the best places to shop for anything I need for any equipment that has to do with food or drinks as well as any items for just about anything needed around the kitchen. Their service is impeccable, the store is always clean and the variety for the item(s) in which I need is always satisfying. Culinary Depot 5 stars all around!

    I have made several purchases over the past four years and have become a very loyal repeat customer of Culinary Depot for several reasons. The number one reason is my sales representative. He listens takes the time to truly understand my needs, does not just TAKE any order, he gets involved, makes recommendations and offers alternative solutions to be considered because of his vast knowledge of the food service industry. I am sure your other representatives are excellent as well.

    They sent me the wrong part due to a little miss communication (both parties). After my complaint I was contacted by the owner which was very genuine and motivated to rectify the problem. After figuring out the proper parts he then overnighted them to me before I even sent back the other ones. I thought this was pretty amazing customer service seeing that I was partially at fault. It's nice to see there are still companies out there with a personal feel, where the owner really values his customers and cares. I look forward to doing business with them again and highly recommend Culinary Depot for restaurant equipment.
