  The service was tremendous. The Store Manager, Renee even stayed late for me to get settled with my storage unit. She was also very patient and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Renee!

  We have used this facility recently renting 8 units, and the staff (Renee and Michelle) went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have been available for every question and need.   We chose the CubeSmart in Benbrook because it is a relatively new facility that was very clean, all indoors, and climate controlled. I frequented our unit relatively often as we prepared for a move, and the temperature was always kept comfortable, which was important because I didn't want my family's important possessions freezing or baking in heat like they would in outdoor storage. Being all indoors, nothing got dusty or dirty either, which was another important reason for choosing this kind of storage. The interactions with staff were always pleasant, and Reneé especially went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a special request. I would absolutely trust them again to keep my possessions safe, and recommend them to anybody with storage needs

  This place is AMAZING !! It is so clean you can see this from the onset. Renee was very helpful when we rented the spaces. She showed us around the facility and showed us several units so we could decide which size to rent. Leasing was very fast and easy. I highly recommend this facility for storage rentals and supplies for moving. It made us feel welcome and safe with easy pin code access. We will definitely use them again!!
