  I had no idea that customer service at this level still existed. From the first conversation to completion, I was taken care of like nobody’s business. A++ for customer service and conflict resolution—top notch service after a problem arose. Ask for Delilah and she’ll make your visit to a storage facility a fantastic experience. I was happy to walk into a neat, clean, well lit and air conditioned space. Highly recommend and be sure to ask for Delilah!

  Extremely helpful. Delilah and Kim stayed late to get us a storage space, and were funny, charming, and super nice! When I had to run and return a moving truck they told me not to worry, and the storage space they provided when I got back was spacious and fit my budget. The pricing options online are great also- I got a student discount and one for signing up online. 10/10 would go again.

  This place is phenomenal! I needed a valet last minute and within an hour they came and picked my stuff up. Plus it was free! Chris, who was the manager I worked with, even helped me with my boxes. He was a complete life-saver since I was moving all by myself. In addition to the great service, the place is clean, air-conditioned, and very accessible to its tenants. Will definitely be storing at CubeSmart again!!!

  Excellent customer service! Delilah was so helpful with getting my storage unit set up! She was so lively and friendly, and made sure everything was set and ready to go for my move in. CubeSmart has really nice facilities where you’ll feel comfortable storing things. They have great prices, especially for students! So college students looking to store things over the summer: don’t go anywhere else! Some of the most reasonably priced storage I’ve ever seen! They also offer moving materials at a great price (I’ve seen some of these storage places charge $50 for large boxes but you can get several boxes of all sizes as well as tape and plastic wrap and such in a special package for the same price). There is such a thing as storing your stuff without having to break the bank! CubeSmart is definitely the place to store your belongings. Highly recommend.

  The staff couldn’t be more accommodating to fulfilling the needs of their customers. Never an attitude always a smile. Great location. Clean facility not to mention AFFORDABLE! Heck they even have a courtesy driver to assist with moving certain things to and from the facility, if that doesn’t scream service, I don’t know what does?’ Cube Smart ROCKS!
