  Price is great as compared elsewhere. Ramp needs to be more accesible.

  I went there and felt very comfortable. Everyone was helpful. Mr. Cooper made sure I was comfortable with my storage area. He took time to make sure I understood all the paperwork. Everyone was smiling, and doing a great job with other customers. I would recommend this to anyone I know who needs storage area.

  I had been at this location for over 7 years and I had the best customer service they are really nice. Maricela is very nice and sweet with me the facility is always clean

  I have been having billing problems from them... Being overcharged which made me start reviewing all past bills.. They Also have rats outside one building and mice in my building put your stuff in bins it would be safer.. To many staff members don't know what they are doing.... Plus half the time you call you can never get to speak to anyone you have to call back several times just to speak to someone at this site with all of that staff there an no one picks up the phone.

  I am sharing my recent experience with Cube smart. The space is very clean and the air is dust free!!! My move in was very smooth because of the Ms. Ivy Valdez and Phillip Simmons. They are very friendly and offered me GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Ivy, Phillip, and staff. I look forward to continued business with CubeSmart.
