  There was a new guy named mike and he was really good help. I tent to forget my unit number and he help me find the number to pay the bill and he also assisted to walk me to the unit and brought the lader as well. You need more workers like him in this company

  Harrison was great help me find the right storage unit. She answers all my questions told me in full detail about my contract. She was very nice very friendly help me a lot I’m glad I went there. Cube smart needs to give her a raise because of her I’m recommending cube smart to all my friends and family

  CubeSmart is great and the staff is very helpful and accommodating; the place is clean and has great customer service. The manager that was on site the day of my move, Harrison, was very friendly, patient, answered all our questions, and helped us book the right size for our furniture. I feel very pleased we booked CubeSmart.

  Great location, easy to access. The both managers Carlos and Harrison are so helpful, patients and very professional. I very happy with my choice of this storage location.

  Hey,how are you? I hope all is well.! My experience with this 1725 West Farms Road in the Bronx has always been phenomenon, especially with the great Manager Carlos. I call him Doctor Carlos because he is up to the task and knows what he is doing. He makes you comfortable, always trying to help the customers to the best of his abilities. His public relations regarding the company is up the roof and he talks you into getting the best unit you need and deserve. Long story short: Carlos is the pillar and the best.. Thanks. BRUNO A.
