  The manager, Ms. Cindy, was super helpful and quick. Loved her energy! Explained everything after I had used SquareFoot to find them. Great deal and super secure site.

  I had another great experience yesterday working with Cindy at CubeSmart. I came in and had to get a second storage unit in a hurry with no reservation. Cindy was able to work with me and get me a great unit right away located next to our other one. I really appreciate her working me in and for her kind and patient attitude. This place and the staff that work there are a true gem in this neighborhood!!

  If you’re like me- in search of a reasonably priced, decent storage unit- then CubeSmart on Shepard is your place to go. Cindy was very helpful and I was able to get a large, climate controlled unit at a reasonable price. They also had a move in special that gave me first month free. I recommend this location to anyone in search of a storage unit in the inner loop!

  Our company was comparing prices for storage units and CubeSmart was the best. We stopped in to get everything situated and management went above and beyond every time. I had spoken with John on the phone several times and he was accommodating and patient while we worked through the transition. On our final visit, we met with Cindy and she was awesome. The facilities are very clean and located in a convenient space. 10/10 would recommend CubeSmart!
