  My first experience with the company. The location and employees that helped me store my items were phenomenal. The previous location before were closing and I felt all hope was lost when they couldn't help me the clerk referred me to the next location at 12015 Flatlands avenue due to them closing later and they welcomed me with open arms and were able to help me. Both Managers Sherywn Cox and Christine Hyppolite deserve promotions the way the handled things. They love doing what they do and give great customer service I would like to thank the district manager for hiring them and wish them all the best In the future. And also look forward to doing more potential business with you guys in the future. Thanks for all your help 😁😁😁🤗🤗🤗

  The staff at this location were the nicest and most helpful individuals upon my arrival. They were most professional and provided A+ customer service. Christine was absolutely Amazing. Thanks for great customer service.

  The Customer Service Represtatives at this location have been so kind to me! From day one they have been caring and understanding. The facility is kept clean and clutter free. My past 8 months have been an absolute pleasure!

  I only have nice things to say about this facility! This location is clean, secure, and have the mostly friendly Customer Service representative. Michele and Christine always welcome me with a smile! Thank you for the great conversation ladies!
