  My family and I have been using this storage place for 5 years BEFORE it became CubeSmart, when it was secure self storage. Now that CubeSmart has taken over they are unrealistic in their fees and customer service is a joke. I feel as though my family and I are being taken advantage of, They want $400 for a 5x10 unit that doesn’t even have a working light. I’m moving my business else where and I suggest anyone thinking of renting here, look ANYWHERE else. This place and company are not worth it. You just lost 3 customers ✌🏼

  Nina was very informative as well as professional. She took her time and answered any questions I had.She was patient and allowed us to view several units without any rush or pressure. Once my unit was selected she applied promotional rates . Great Customer Service.

  My customer service representative person was Nina. She was so helpful and patient with my husband and my self. Her professionalism is five star if not better!!.she is the reason I choose to do buisness with this company. There are many to choose from all with similar rates. But perfessional courtesy is hard to come by now a days.

  I came in to buy a couple of things for my moving trip and Nina was so kind to explain the different size boxes for certain items that I Will be taking on the trip. She also was so kind to take the the boxes to the car for me. Due to the excellent customer service I’m considering renting a unit.

  The manager Nina Mauleon was polite and gave me all the information I needed. She was very helpful. Even went out of her way to make sure I didn’t have a hard time today. Thank you again! It was much appreciated.
