  I went to the TCF Bank. Got 20$ out of the ATM and struggled to get change from the teller. Are you a TCF customer? Show me proof. Driver's license, TCF debit card which I just used. I said I've been a customer for 58 years since grade school. I went on to say so this is a bank? She replies for the customers. I said so it's like a members only club/bank? She says alot of banks are that way now. So people, if you're not a bank "member" don't plan on getting change for a 20$ (that's all the ATMs put out) from a bank. I use to like TCF many years ago, and then there is the online banking . . .wheww!

  This cub has consistently soft pastries and donuts. Its the best section of the store. The employees ok, the cashiers aren't exactly friendly but not rude. Asking them how there day is and just a one word response is just odd. I'm not exacting anything too enthusiastic but at least just a human response or a quick conversation. The restrooms are always clean, and the shared parking lot with other restaurants need to be picked up more frequently. It's not solely Cubs responsibility but it makes the area look bad when there's so much debris.

  Typical urban grocery store. Parking lot litter with trash, cart corrals are beat up, rusty and the bars have seen better days. The food though are quite fresh, the florist did a wonderful job on keeping the store stocked with beautiful flowers. Overall the store is your average grocery store.

  The staff is helpful. The store is stocked. I have enjoyed my shopping here so much. I'm disabled I needed a mark cart. They make sure I have a good one. To say I appreciated the customer service is an understatement. Trust me if more places cared about their customers like these guys I might love to shop again.

  This is your basic grocery store. I have never had a problem with any type of food bought here. Produce always seems fresh. Frozen foods never appear to have been allowed to defrost and refreeze. Cans are rarely dented on the shelves. The floors are clean and glass appears to be cleaned often. The register lines are my largest complaint. They never seem to have enough cashiers. The wait time is the worst of any Cub in the area, however, the pros outweigh the cons.
