  Every time I go I have a great experience with the staff. They are kind and delightful. Sure there have been a couple times where I get the cold shoulder, but overall it was great.

  This review is more about the grocery store shelves and selections. With current worker shortages and supply chain issues. The shelves are not as full as they should be. The store is great and worthy of 5 stars. And I hope someday soon it will be there again. I went into the liquor store part and asked for a dry red wine. They sent me to the cooking wine section.

  Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want to wait in line for 20 minutes. I’ve been in this store 7 times in the last 3 weeks and lines are always 10+ deep. Even the self checkout line is super long. The staff is rarely friendly. Have started going to Cub on Nicollet, the lines aren’t nearly as bad. Not the best neighborhood but at least I won’t grow old waiting in line.

  SHOP AT TARGET!! This place is horrible with customer service. I went to p/u on 12/20/22 at 9am. I Ordered online on 12/19. we Waited outside for over 20 minutes. My husband had to go inside to get our order which was emailed READY at 6:00am. When my husband walked inside. At the front door was 2 male supervisors chit chatting and one female worker trying to get other online orders together. While waiting there were 3 other cars pulled up. The first 2 sat waiting. And we knew. Those 2 Male supervisors isn't going to lift a finger to help with those online orders. Sad... so sad when you feel you're too above your pay grade to get things done at your store or at least the very least help the lady worker with her job. SHOP AT TARGET! their Online ordering is THE BEST! Never again shopping online with CUB FOOD! They suck!

  I have been shopping at this store for 25 yrs and love it. The store has suffered like all business's with turnover from employees who realized that having a job actually means working! I've seen them come and go. However management and many of the steady employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful as are many of the young people.Im sorry you had a bad experience. I for one love this Cub!!!
