over all the staff it's good I'm always out in less than an hour but the only problem I have is why they don't clean the beds that's a turnoff.. I worked in the medical field for many years and Clinics and they always clean the beds I guess by not cleaning the beds they saving time... then when you tell the staff to clean the bed they blow their breath like you supposed to be obligated to sit on some one else sweat and germs. Other than that I'll give them four stars

Lines are always long. Check in machines constantly break down. With the exception of a select few staff is rude. It's like they think they are here doing us a favor. If you are considering donating plasma and taking time out of your day to provide this service, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Been coming for almost an entire year. Never had a Problem until today. I usually have a sweater or a blanket when I walk into CSL. Today I forgot my sweater. So after Vitals Check, I went to my car retrieved the sweater. I had no idea that I was breaking any policy. Upon returning into CSL 30 seconds later I was approached by a staff member and asked for clarification. Mind you I have done this same act probably twice before. I was immediately told that It was brought to his attention by security officer BRANDY, that I went to my car and this is NOT allowed after having vitals to leave and that this calls for a deferment. After explaining to this gentleman that I have done it before he asks me if I've ever been told this was policy. I said no not at all and I would not have done it had someone explained that to me. I passed the Security guard BRANDY leaving and coming and she said nothing at all to me. Now I'm not upset over the policy CSL has at all, But you have a security guard that speaks and greets people all the time and yet she said nothing to me. She runs up to management to say that I left and came back after 30 seconds. I was not pulled into a room, the entire situation was discussed on the floor in front of donors and staff. Its very childish how the entire thing was handled. I'm not sure what security guards BRANDY's problem is within herself but its not with me. I greet and speak to her always. All that was needed was a heads up from her. Due to the Actions of unprofessional staff and extremely petty Security officer BRANDY I will no longer be a donor for CSL. Communication is key when your working with the public and Brandy needs to learn that to better herself. Perhaps if she spent more time being professional and courteous and less time flirting with the janitor of CSL she could execute her duties properly. Below is a picture of S/O BRANDY flirting with the CSL janitor, been watching this go on for almost a year. shaking my head.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life as a Google contributor and reviewer I decided to go in to make a trip to see what it was like to donate plasma this is what I found out just number one I was told I need a copy of my original Social Security card which I don't carry in my wallet so I went back home got a copy of my original social security card and returned and was denied again because they need original front and back original social security cards. I then asked what what if I don't have my original social security card and what if I don't want to give it to you they informed me that paycheck stubs or any official government documents that have your social security number on it or acceptable so I handed them a Medicare card from the federal government and they deny that because of the fact that it says member number instead of social security number even though it clearly match the copies of the social security card I provided them. Then I was told hey do you happen to have W-2s or paycheck stubs I said as a matter of fact I do so I went back home and today went back into the clinic with my paycheck stubs clearly showing my social security number and my W-2s and that's again was not acceptable because it was just one day that my piece of mail at expired showing my current address in Las Vegas Nevada and why do they expire because they didn't handle their business in the first place this is a cluster you know what buyer beware you are doing them a favor by donating plasma and they do not deserve your business go elsewhere

If I could give 10 NEGATIVE stars I would. My experience here left me in the nursing office in tears. I feel the staff and donors should both be treated with respect. I witness a staff member, Toni, rudely, disrespectfully inserted herself into a conversation that a subordinate, clearly had handle. I understand dealing with different people can be frustrating. I waited for some time for the nurse on staff to yet again ask me the same questions that were asked the last 2 times i was there and was flagged for the same thing that had supposed have been corrected. Mind you this can add another hour and half to visit. Also, this is not an error on my part but theirs. Nursing area congested, folks coming back to back but no one is being seen. However, i see that nurse in back talking with others. I asked Toni if other nurses on staff. I know she was already on edge, for what I don't know, so I was polite She yelled, I was so embarrassed, "Listen, if you don't have time to wait, you can leave!!!". Really? Really? I asked a question. I told her I don't have a problem but her one nurse hasn't seen many people and looked like she was running behind. She yelled again. I asked her to stop talking to me and I don't want to leave, I was just asking a question. Either way, I was embarrassed and frustrated. CSL plasma makes millions off of donors. Many lives are saved because donors take time out and give and get compensated, not much, but grateful none the lease. I will be reaching out to upper management.
