  This is ridiculous, its 9:30 been here since 6am and still sitting out front.. Line long ass giraffe necks and staff standing around talking and moving like zombies. I didn't come to spend my day spending the night, I need to money, but damn something has got to be done, because this is very unprofessional. I need to call a higher division, haven't ate in awhile and they playing.

  This is the worst Plasma Center in Memphis . The workers are slow and same as management they all either walking around doing nothing or sitting doing nothing . They have 7 booths but only a limited number of donor techs who’s actually doing their job . I highly recommend Plasma Biological Services !!

  Worst plasma center ever. The wait time is ridiculous yes it's a good opportunity but waiting in line for over 2hrs is just unacceptable

  Always in and out! they treat me very good! know me by name! the phlebs are patient and light handed! I've never got a bad stick!!!! I also love the promotions!! I donated 100 times in 2016 and received VID (very important donor) for 6 full months!!!!!!! I love CSL!!!!!!!

  It is a good place to donate the staff members are nice. You must be positive when going to donate because the poor attitude will not made anyone donate faster. You will meet some characters from all over it's a melting pot for anyone that wants to help save lives and get compensated. Arrive early have your phone or computer charged and be hydrated...
