  A struggling hotel clearly poorly managed. Check-in was ridiculously slow with an oblivious host providing training to a new hire. Hallways smelled of mold, service in the bar was slow with staff more concerned about talking amongst themselves than the customer (except for one bartender). Breakfast restaurant was a Fail with all empty tables stacked with dirty dishes, one poor server who seemed to care but was totally overwhelmed and indifferent management. Too many good hotels in the area to waste your money here. Room was adequate.

  Location was convenient to Washington DC. Hotel was very nice with the necessary amenities. Fitness center was sufficient enough to get a good workout in and the staff was very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel when looking for something close to DC without having to pay a DC rate.

  Amazing experience!. Originally we had a one night room reservation and on our way to DC we called to add another one night. We thought that it was going to create some sort of confusion but the staff was very attentive to our needs and what we ask of. since the first night nothing by politeness and effective team work in the entire Hotel. The restaurant offered a few selected food variety but the quality was amazing. The beds were absolutely comfortable.. the pillows heaven. that bathroom clean as it could be. I will definitely recommend this Hotel and I will definitely come back.

  There are few better places to stay "for the money" in Alexandria. We've stayed here a couple of times, always a nice, clean hotel room. Parking can be full at times, gate cards don't always work right. But the staff is helpful and accommodating when not overwhelmed. Recommended for a solid affordable hotel choice, not far from Old Town.

  Nice rooms. My view was great. Staff are friendly, beverage machines are $2.50. Breakfast was great Also. This hotel is located a few minutes away from MGM Casino which is convenient. Expect to pay a minimum of $24 for parking. $25 for valet.
