  This has been bought by Wyndham hotels. Elevators are extremely slow and malfunctioning. Water damage on ceilings and walls in downstairs meeting room lobby . Room adequate but not notable. Staff friendly and trying to compensate for hotels condition. Review primarily based on staffs friendliness and efforts. Two stars dropped due to hotel itself. Room rates overpriced for condition. Travellers be Aware!

  You have a good impression when you see the hotel. Now it is called Wyndham. The good impression goes away when you get inside the building. Inside you can find a loby with dirty plastic flowers, a entrance for the restaurant with problem in the wall, bottom part of it. In the room, you can find rusty holders in the bathroom, bath tub with pubic hair ( that I asked to clean and showed picture that I took and I arrived at night and I found the same way) and clothes from another guests behind a chair in the room. The people from the front desk are nice and polite. I think that they are trying to compensate this lack of structure from the hotel! They have few people in the staff , and that make you wait forever just to receive the menu in the breakfast time! It is a pity for the Wyndham chain. It is a lack of quality every where.

  The outward ambiance is somewhat sophisticated. They need to complete their renovation quickly. The door handle to our room was broken. Faucet water pressure was very low appears to be have a leak at the pipe underneath. The shower was filthy and had a terrible drain clog. There was no blow dryer, frig or microwave. The staff was friendly but this place needs a major upgrade

  I have to mark it as only two stars because outside temperatures during my stay were less than 10 degrees and the WHOLE hotel was cold because their heating system could not keep it warm. Of course nobody mentioned this before we got there. Our room was at 67 degrees when we went to sleep and dropped to 64 when we woke up. The hotel is old and it shows everywhere. We got an additional roll away and it was horrible. The pull out couch was just a thin piece of foam. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast because it was a bit limited for what is supposed to be a gourmet restaurant. I have no complaints with the staff, they were friendly and went beyond what was expected of them. To be fair, this is apparently a recent acquisition for them so hopefully they will fix the place up.
