::Great location and superb staff! Rooms were clean and pillows were amazing!! We had no tv reception the first 24 hours. We had no cream or sugar in the room for coffee either day. The nightstand plug in didn’t work on one side. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work and it stayed extremely wet in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t great but the pillows made up for that. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom but the light part didn’t work. Parking is $20 per night....so beware of that. Breakfast was amazing but ther waitstaff was less than desirable . Never got my water and it took forever for them to bring things like butter. Both days hardly any food On the buffet and took forever to bring mire out. It wasn’t that crowded for breakfast. Oh and they take up the self serve coffee at 9am. Who does that?!? But the staff was so friendly!

::Easily accessible from any direction. The room was spacious and clean. Really liked the window view of Downtown Memphis. The breakfast was outstanding with all you could want. Would recommend highly.

::The location was great, just a few blocks from Beale Street. The parking lot was gated and we felt safe. The front desk service was pretty good. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked great. Bed was also very comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel was upscale.

::We had a reservation at Holiday Inn, Downtown. We reached there around 10:15 PM and they directed to this Hotel. We reached the hotel and the staff was very nice and checked in very quickly! Parking fee was $20/= Breakfast is $16.65/= (Expensive Breakfast!!!! ) Close to Interstate I-140, so you can hear all the Interstate noise, but it's nice to listen to that. To enjoy any hotel, we have to check in @ 3 PM and check out after 10:00 AM.. so we can explore more... our stay was just SHORT... so I cannot comment on other facilities they have!!!

::The staff was VERY professional; from D'Larissa at the desk to Reggie our shuttle driver. The vibe was really chill..until a bunch of teenagers came in & changed that BUT it is not a knock towards the hotel.. they were awesome. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Memphis to stay THERE.
