::My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and it was an incredible experience! Nicole, the wedding coordinator, was communicative, attentive and kind. The food the hotel provided with our package was delicious and the waiters/waitresses were superb! The grand ballroom where our reception was held was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Super pretty location for wedding photos too. So pleased we chose the Crowne Plaza! Great and reasonably priced for events.

::This beautiful property was the 1st air conditioned hotel in Chandler from early 1900s. I've always had a great experience here. The food at the downstairs restaurant it's great and they have live music in the lobby. The pool area is expansive, clean and nice. I love staying here and experiencing the history of our city, plus its smack dab in the middle of downtown Chandler so nightlife and great food and drinks are steps away. It even has a speakeasy in the basement!

::Love this place. Gorgeous venue, awesome staff, nice size pool, huge hot tub, bartender at the 1912 is the nicest bartender Iβve ever met in my entire life and she was very knowledgeable. Comfy beds, nice rooms. Only reason Iβm rating it 4 and not 5 is because of the following- could have benefited from having a microwave in room. My room key did not work for the pool, maintenance let me in and told me itβs a known issue and management has yet to fix it. Also, I wanted so much to sleep in but my room was facing the courtyard and the guys with leaf blowers were SO LOUD at 6:30 this morning RIGHT outside my door. They can at least have courtesy for guests and at least wait til 9 or so to start.

::My mom threw me a baby shower at the Crowne Plaza in Chandler. The entire event turned out amazing. It was a truly magical experience. Nicole McCall was the lady that made it all happen. When I arrived she was there working hard and making sure everything was perfect. The staff respected her and followed her direction. My mom got the the Plaza early and said Nicole was already there setting up. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire experience!

::I didn't mind the fact that the place was historic and showed as you walk through the outside halls. It was grungy. The lobby was nice. The room was okay, but not for $266-ish a night. No safe - No mini bar - only one small bottle of water for two people to make coffee and only two coffee pods. The most appalling part is that for three nights we had no housekeeping. On Thanksgiving morning at 8 AM - housekeeping knocked - we were still in bed and told her to come back later. No one ever came back - not once. Room service dishes and used towels piled up. Called the front desk to let them know no one had come by to clean the room or clear the room service from the first morning. They were not apologetic. We put the tray outside where it stayed all night. And from then on no one ever came back NOT FOR OUR WHOLE STAY. Its historic status can not excuse the service.
