  Family Friendly and a really big place. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because I fell on one of the lanes when my foot went over. SOOO slippery. But otherwise great place to bowl.

  Paid $15 per person. Went with my family including some children. Everything was fine until the couple bowling next to us invited about 8 more people. All super ghetto gangsters by the way. Everyone was crowding over into our lane. We asked nicely for them to move over and not block our space. They ignored us and continued standing in front of us not even allowing us to see our lane. We went over to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do about the situation. Nothing was done. My sister asked one of the guys to please move over as he kept bumping into her and he simply threw up a gang sign in her face and laughed. It came off as a threat so again we went over to the front desk and asked to be moved to another lane. Nothing was done. All we kept hearing was “yeah in 5 minutes we will move you” Nothing was done and things quickly escalated when the entire group of gang members got loud and in our faces when they saw us complaining. Instead of watching out for the safety of Kids and family, the manager decided to kick all of us out. We grabbed our things and left. However the other group never even left the building. Clearly things were in their favor. Stay away from this place. Horrible service, over priced, dirty, and clearly ghetto.

  We called, Jessenia answered, we asked if a lane is available. She said yes we just had a few families leave. We take an 15 minute uber ride. Jessenia is at the counter, we ask what lane would be available, she replies we're booked. We asked how long she thought the wait would be, she said I dont know she will grab us at the bar when a lane is ready. My friends went to the bar. Out of curiosity I stuck around to find she had three lanes available, and simply gave them to the people that were in line behind us. One after another. Clearly she was picking favorites. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and went to the bar, we wait an hour, before we came back out. She now tells us, I dont have time to keep track and get you guys when a lanes ready. I asked again, so really we were never going to get a lane right, should we just leave your home then? She said yes. That said, visitors be aware, be sure to dress and look the South Federal part as Jessenia does so well. Clearly shes trying to keep her establishment as hood has she can. Be sure to ask her by name, I'm sure she'll take care of you, service is her priority.

  My dad and uncle have bowling league night here every Wednesday. Everyone is so friendly and the staff has improved greatly from the past. They're making progress, I'd say give em a chance.
