  The room looks alot nicer on pictures, the kitchen area needs to be updated. House keeping could do a better job cleaning the rooms before the guest check in, I had to ask for mines to be cleaned soon as I walked through the door. Drug traffic is heavy and don't plan on sleeping in because the outside noise won't allow you too, should have booked elsewhere!!!!!

  If i could rate zero i would. Let me just say the manager was nice but i feel bad she has to manage and deal with this place. I walked into the strongest chemical smelling room that was overloaded by BUGS everywhere. Thank god she gave me our money back. How in the world does someone stay in a place like that. And who the heck would clean and mop a floor and leave all the liquid on the ground. Do not stay there!

  New management is great. Staff is very nice and great about keeping the property safe and clean rooms. There trying very hard to stay on top of people just wondering around with no rooms, and seems to be working very well. Definitely will stay there again.

  Great staff, honored Trivago voucher for the 2 requested days and for the extra day we decided to stay as well. Doesn't get better customer service than that. Excellent facility with lots of amenities that make the stay even a better expierience. And the rooms are in the top 5 category of A class cleansiness I've expierience in the last 5 years. Safe, clean and comfortable with full size refrigerator, small neat stove, microwave and nice sink combo. Great for extended stays!

  Visiting from Florida and looking for a THRIFT hotel in the area I read the reviews and was set back by all the negativity. Conclusion was our experience prove that to be totally untrue! The price was right and I was in the area so I thought I'd stop in for a personal look . I was greeted by young lady named Jenny and her new trainee named James . They were extremely friendly courteous and professional. They graciously allowed me to look at a room and I was quite impressed. Though not a five-star it was certainly adequate for our overnight stay and my wife reluctantly approved. Following a comfortable first night we decided to extend an additional night as the place was perfectly suitable to satisfy her needs. I witnessed no drug deals or people just hanging in the parking , roaches, bugs, or anything disgustingly negative. Maybe it was a fluke, but the reviews that I had read we're completely untrue and the only negative thing I saw was that the cheap price drew a little bit of a seedy looking crowd and also the grounds were a bit unkept with cigarette butts and more than normal paper and cops that needed to be picked up. My wife and I have been married for 40 years and we're looking for a place to stay as we visited Fort Worth. We are always looking for a bargain but seek lodging basically for a safe and clean place just to rest for the night. We had good service and professionalism from Jenny and James, also the general manager Jessica Wickham. This place completely suited our needs, save us money and should be considered for your stay!
