  I joined last summer and I love going because the workouts are never boring! I feel great because I set new personal records that I never saw at a traditional gym. This is an excellent gym with outstanding programming and the staff is super engaged, caring and smart.

  The Kids program is awesome. Coach Dylan is great with the kids. Cool space with plenty of parking.

  My 12 year old son loves this gym. It's designed well for mixed age classes and the instructors are top notch - with just the right amount of patience and push for each child.

  CFW will keep you highly motivated while getting you in the best shape of your life! The coaching and programming are top notch!! They make sure the warm-up and cool down are just as important as the workout and do their best to make sure you are the doing all the movements properly and safely! Awesome Atmosphere!
