::It doesn't get much better than Vital. My husband and I went here a little over 3 years until we moved and we have been missing this place ever since. The coaching at Vital is top notch, they're very thorough on movements and making sure everyone is performing them correctly. This place is friendly and outgoing, after visiting a few gyms in our new town - we have found this to be the second most important attribute of a gym next to coaching. If you're looking for a gym that will cater to all and make you feel like family, this is your place!

::The coaches are more than competent - attentive, thorough, providing exceptional feedback and helping you to a) achieve good form and b) achieve goals and encourage you to progress. The members are like family - lots of encouragement, high-fives, and supportive in general, conduits to long-lasting friendships. It's like having a second family and/or a social support that I've never experienced at any other type of gym. I have crippling social anxiety and social phobias, and after my FIRST experience at CrossFit Vital, I was hooked. There's this magic that occurs when you combine a really great, INTENSE workout (better than anything you've craved or wanted before) with a group of people that are working along side of you and cheering you on. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone is not only looking for a great place for CrossFit but who wants something different... a change... a type of workout that never gets old. And to do this with people that you grow to love and respect, who are there, with you, pushing and moving forward.

::This is my third year at Vital and my experience here has been amazing. The coaches are very well trained and everyone is very welcoming. They go over every movement before the workouts and make sure you are doing them correctly. If you have any questions or need any help with anything they are always there. The athletes there are not only fun competition during workouts, but are also friends, and a very helpful community. Patrick (the owner) has put a lot of time and effort into this place and it really shows. Come try a week out for free and see how it will change your life in the most amazing, positive way!
