::Led by a team from a former crossfit gym in the area, the coaches, members and comradeship is absolutely great. This gym is the place to go and definitely worth it as there is no price tag for fitness! Highly recommended!

::So excited to see a CrossFit gym open up in my area! They have such a great facility with plenty of room for large classes. The coaches are very knowledgeable & the programming even includes performance care to make sure you don't get injured while you're getting stronger! I love that I can purchase a snack and recovery drink, even protein shakes, right at the front desk. They even have stretching/mobility classes upstairs!
