::Crossfit SouthEnd is a beautiful facility with any and all equipment you could ask for in your fitness journey - you want ski ergs? they have 5! You want a pegboard? They have a few of them. The evil assault bike? Far more than is really necessary. Anyways, you get the point. The coaching is - handsdown - some of the best coaching I have experienced in a CF box. The coaches truly care about you, your goals and your safety but beyond that are just likeable. Struggling with that pull-up? they will put you on a progressive plan to get there. Think you have maxed out on a lift? They will point out flaws in your form that you never new existed. You will be better because of the coaching. The open gym hours are some of the best I have seen with the hours being from 5:30AM to 8:30PM which is amazing considering the equipment and facility you have access to. While the rates are higher than average, the value you get is immeasurable and can't possibly be put into an all encompassing review. Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced crossfitter, you need to check this place out - they are truly an outlier in the industry.

::I've been going to CFSE for a little over three months and have seen amazing improvements in my overall health. My weight is down, strength and cardio performance is up. I've done the majority of my classes with Sarah and Stu and they push you hard and keep you safe. They've got a great style and it makes you want to stick with it and see where you can go. Great facility and location in the South End. Gym members range from beginners to amazing athletes, everyone is friendly and works hard during the classes. Highly recommended for anyone who's ready to get in shape.

::Awesome box! Coach Sarah Isaac was quick with great instructions and ran the class on time to the minute. Very impressed! Dropped in for 6:30am workout. Great facility. Very large and lots of rack space.

::I worked out 2 days this week at SouthEnd and had a great experience. Coaches Issac, Stuart, and Freddy were very nice and professional. The coaches were great about letting me work the strength cycles that I am doing in my home box as the first part of my workout. The WOD's were great/hard just as you would expect in a quality box. I had some really good coaching/correcting just as if I were in my home gym. I will certainly go back to SouthEnd when I am in Charlotte. I would recommend SouthEnd to anyone dropping in or looking for a CrossFit home.
