  CrossFit South Shore is a clean, professional and welcoming environment! I am a new member and the Coaches have been extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I'm returning to CrossFit after being diagnosed with Chron's disease and this gym is the perfect environment for a healthy and smart approach to a comeback. I'm happy to be part of a gym that is so supportive and fun!

  Started in January 2018 with the challenge. The support and education from trainers was perfection and I have never felt so strong and in shape. After 2 months now I am amazed at what my body can do and what my body feels like. It has been a transformation of mindset as well. I feel empowered and confident to pursue personal as well as fitness goals. The owner and trainers ensure that while pursuing the goals, I never lose integrity of form and I am taking that into my every day life.

  I had an amazing experience at CrossFit South Shore I joined the 6 week challenge and lost 11lbs and 6% body fat which was more than I was ever able to do on my own. It's a class run gym so you can't go and work out and do whatever you feel like on your own but it's kinda better that way because you really learn how to move and lift properly, pluss it helps keep you accountable and stick to a schedule and it's nice not having to plan out a workout. The trainers are all really great and the fact that they provide a meal plan extremely helpful.

  Great Gym. Super clean, well equipped, and spacious, and their vast nutritional knowledge is definitely a competitive advantage for them. If you can adapt their general meal plan into your every day eating routine, and continue to come to the workouts, It will be almost impossible to not see a life changing transformation.   Joined a 6 week challenge and it was life changing. Loss a ton of weight adapted a healthier lifestyle that is very easy to maintain. The owners and instructors are so knowledgeable and patient. Such a wide variety of members. You don’t have to be a star athlete to become a part of the family. I would recommend to anyone looking for an exciting change. This is the place.
