  I love this place! The community is the best. I've been to other major CrossFit gyms in the area but there's none better than CrossFit SV. Everyone's friendly and inclusive. CrossFit is intimidating before you start but every movement is designed to be modified to meet you were you are, even if you have an old injury. It's hard, but isn't it supposed to be? The habit of fitness is made easier when surrounded by this encouraging group of great people. 💪😅👍
