    I'm from out of town and I am highly impressed with the open arms this box has shown me. Not only did the coach show me around, all of the members walked up to me and introduced themselves. The equipment is top notch and made my box look dated. The box is temperature controlled and facilities are clean. The bathroom is gigantic! The programming was okay. It seemed cardio heavy that week. I enjoyed the snatch skill exercises incorporated into the workout. Great staff, good form correction and PLENTY OF PLATES AND BARS!!!. I highly recommend.

    A box that really stresses proper form and technique. All coaches are very experienced and care that you get an intense workout injury free. Always spotless.

    I dropped in for one class after I escaped South Florida from the impending Hurricane. Matthew. It was an excellent class with intelligent, watchful coaching. I was very impressed how the coach divided the athletes to work in separate groups and he was able to keep the timing for each group's exercise. For this particular day, we did a very well organized and demanding: 12 American Kettle bell swings followed by a sprinting 2 minute row, rest 3 min, repeat three times. Then, 10 push presses combined with 2 min of box jumps, rest 3 min and repeat three times. The whole group was very welcoming and concerned about the hurricane on path to my home. The head coach is in the middle (photo). They had athletes of all levels, if you want to get more motivated about working out, I'd highly recommend going to Crossfit PAC Elm.
