  Great gym. Challenging but inclusive of all skill levels. Coaches are very helpful. Will do this as long as my body is able.

  Great gym, great people and awesome coaches. This place can take you from 'zero to hero' in no time. I wouldn't recommend aiming for instant success and the coaches here will curb your ego, if your try. That's a good thing! All the coaches are warm, care about your goals and success and want to make sure no one gets hurt. Form and technique over power and testosterone!

  LOVE this gym. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and ALL the trainers have been amazing in making sure I have the proper scaled option for my needs. I absolutely love going to Crossfit Outbreak and feel like they've made it their mission to instill a sense of community within their workout culture. I'm going to try and workout there as long as possible until my due date and can't wait to go back after my delivery to stay in shape!!

  I never thought I'd do Crossfit, but Outbreak makes me glad I joined. Small community, involved and patient coaches, and amazing results.

  This is a gym with high ceilings and an open concept. You can easily access the gym from the main road and the parking is easily accessible. They have a membership that one can sign up for but it does not seem to be very flexible. It is currently $250 a month and it is very difficult to negotiate if you want to pause or quit. On a few occasions, the floors of the gym did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly and the bathroom toilets needed servicing. The open gym doors are nice to let the air in but it also lets the mosquitoes in, which is a bit annoying for the patrons. The equipment is up to par with other gyms in the area and the community is really great for those who are looking to get connected with other like-minded individuals. One of the biggest negatives is the lack of communication from the management regarding issues. Often, e-mails will go several days without a response and when they are finally tended to, the response is curt and lacks professionalism. As far as a Crossfit community goes, this gym is okay. If you are looking for a gym with organization and scheduled cleanliness, then perhaps this may not be the gym to join.
