::HAF Crossfit has two locations - one in Kakaako and another in Hawaii Kai. The Kakaako location is very conveniently located in town and has plenty of space to workout. The class sizes are never too big and everyone is very friendly. This box really is a big family!

::Couldn't be more satisfied with the time and care the Kimo and all the other instructors gives to everyone that comes to this box. I started out by trying a free class just to see if it was something I'd like to do. I started off by doing the basics classes 3 days a week and now go 5 days a week. I'm about two months in and I love it. All of the instructors and others that frequent this box are some of the coolest, helpful and down-to-earth people around. I've always been healthy but just wanted to commit to a program where I could reach the pinnacle of my fitness and improve other areas of my life like surfing. I've found that place.
