  Crossfit Gantry is a great place to work out. I joined them a couple of months ago and everybody made me feel part of the family. From the prep course to the daily workouts, all the coaches have been great. They push you and motivate you, always making sure that you do the exercises in the correct way. Someone said kids are what their parents are. Well, this couldn't be more applicable to Crossfit Gantry. All the people here are very welcoming and the "seniors" (crossfit speaking) are always ready to help you, give advises, and motivate you. Aside from the people, this is a great box! It's pretty big and the equipment is all new (if you look at their instagram you will see that they keep renewing and buying new equipment). This being said, this is my first crossfit experience (so I don't know if crossfit boxes are all like this), but this is the first gym where nobody is trying to convince me to sign off annual contracts, selling me stuff or things like that. The owner is one of the coaches, and the only thing he cares about is that you workout properly, enjoy it, and you're part of the community. I totally suggest this box! Note: for those of you who have been into crossfit for longer, look at the resume of the coaches on their website, and you'll have a better idea of the level.

  Great staff & management. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Some air conditioning in the summer might be nice, but I don't mind sweating a little. (I attend the powerlifting classes)

  Thanks to your help I am now an NYC Marathon finisher!! That goal has been on my bucket list for a long time. At Crossfit Gantry I built up the physical and mental strength to take it on this past Sunday!! Thank you Jay, Bryan, and Becky you guys are amazing!! As a new parent I have found it extremely challenging to find ways to consistently take care of myself physically. Crossfit Gantry provides the perfect environment to get back in the game– challenging workouts, excellent instructors, learning new techniques, a chance to start at your readiness level and build. I am actually in as good a shape now as I have been in my entire life. Whether you’re a new parent like me looking to get fit or a seasoned veteran looking to keep pushing yourself to new limits (and anywhere in between), I highly recommend Crossfit Gantry . There’s no place around here that will help you improve as much or as quickly as Crossfit Gantry.
