  Stopped in from Toronto a few weeks ago. I came in for 3 training sessions and everyone was kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend Barkada for a drop in!

  Probably the cleanest crossfit gym I've been to. They are pretty much open all day. Enough equipment. Coaching and programming is on point!

  Very nice place. You get the usual; great treatment and workouts. The five starts are for Tori Elemany – she is an excellent coach with a great attitude. She pushes us to finish the workout without injury while constantly coaching everyone for proper posture. A great place to get in the best shape your body allows you to be in.

  All I've seen from them is a desire to take your money and do whatever they can to help themselves out. They don't care about anyone else other than themselves. There is no sign of organization or real experience from the people who work there. I recommend you go to a reputable gym if you are going to spend money on a membership. The are gyms around that have regional and games level trained athletes for similar money.

  Weights weigh the same wherever you go. A pull up is a pull up whether you do it in your garage or in a gym. What sets this place apart from others (or from simply lifting heavy things at home) is a combination of the staff and the community of athletes. The staff is dedicated to ensuring quality programming in order to drive individual success in each member. Each coach has a different specialty -- mobility, gymnastics, weightlifting, etc... -- so members have a broad experience base from which to draw. The real stars at Barkada are the members who have formed a thriving community. Members here celebrate others' milestones are much as their own. We frequently socialize outside the box and have a great time doing it. Whether at a local competition or a local watering hole, Barkada is always well represented by its members. I am proud to be a part of this community.
