  So, I dropped in from OKC and this will be my new home away from home. This is a great box. Crystal, the owner, really knows her stuff and has a genuine passion to help people out. I was only in town for two days but she still took a lot of time to help me out with my form and technique. If your looking for a place to drop in or looking for a crossfit gym in general Crossfit Abattoir is your place.

  EXCELLENT BOX!!! The trainers and members all are very kind and welcoming. I visit when I'm in Arlington every time! They always make you feel right at home. The programming is well thought out and the trainers make sure you are on point with form. I always have such a great time. The owners especially have an amazing heart for people and their generosity is outstanding.

  I love this place. I was hesitant and thought no way could I go to gym full of meat heads, but Crossfit abbitor is nothing like that. Is it easy ?NO I've been attending for almost a month now and every day is different and I absolutely love the work outs(love/hate relationship). There are plenty of class times to go with your schedule and the coaches take their time to make sure you learn correct techniques so you don't hurt yourself. You start out in fundamentals until you're ready to test out. So If you're thinking about it JUST DO IT. The environment is super cool not everyone is in super tip top shape but we come together through our pain and sweat (and your shirt will be soaked like you jumped in a pool) no matter if it's your first time or you 185 time you will get a great work out. I've become sooo much stronger I sleep better and all around feel better since I've started attending. Only down flaw I worry about is cost I've bought a groupon that will expire soon and normal gym cost is waay out of my budget but I choose this gym and workouts over any work out I've ever tried in my life , which is pretty serious coming from an ex football player. Eat good and go to Crossfit Abbitor and there's no way you don't get the body you want.

  Awesome gym for people who want to get fit fast and stay fit! Crystal is a fantastic trainer and owner. The trainers will push you, and the membership is absolutely worth the money!
