  The first time I make an appointment for a keratin treatment. When I arrive the salon is closed. I call and call to find out they forgot I was coming. The 2nd time I book a color treatment and receive a call Saturday night at 8:30pm to say they can't take me on Tuesday at 11:30 like I booked a week ago. Really????? Plenty of other salons who have their act together - no need to bother here
