  My much dreaded trip to Cricket to try to straighten out my internet service was made painless thanks to Carmen, a customer service representative who painstakingly took care of everything for me. She was awesome and I can't thank her enough! Alissa was very helpful also. I highly recommend the store at Mall 205.

  My husband and I came in last week and we were both helped by two young ladies Armani and Carmen. Both we're very friendly and personable! Informed us very well and gave us the best prices.

  Customer service representative was informed and very patient with all my questions, especially with my handicap hearing issues. I would recommend to her management team to let her train for whatever higher level she wishes as she truly understands the term customer service and makes me glad l stay with cricket .

  I've been to this location several times, and everyone has been exceptionally nice and professional. I was recently helped by Armani, and she took care of everything I needed done super fast. She is great!
