  Very important that you read this before doing business with these criminals. I came in to upgrade my phone but only if new phone had screen cast feature. The associate assured me that the phone I was considering purchasing had said feature. I took him for his word and decided to purchase the phone. He swiped my card and while setting the phone up he admitted that he made a mistake and the phone didn’t have the feature. I told him I didn’t want it if it doesn’t have the feature and he told me I had to pay a $25 restocking fee even tho I never left the store. My only other option was to buy a more expensive option for $125 more. He called the owner and the owner said that’s our policy, call customer service if you have a problem. Crazy right? I know. Lol. I called customer service and they said that this store is an authorized dealer so they couldn’t help me either. It gets worse, after being forced into the more expensive phone, I take that home. That too doesn’t work. Next day I go back to return it, and not only do they charge me a $25 restocking fee, they also charge me a $28 activation fee. Stay away!!! I’m out of $58 for nothing. They are heartless criminals. I hope the $58 was worth it Update - crickets corporate office ended up making good on this transaction and said they would be investigating this location. They were very apologetic. So if you are considering cricket make sure you go to an actual cricket store, not an authorized reseller like this

  The WORST company to ever deal with. The customer service is horrendous. The employees have no idea what they are doing & selling to you. They’ll say anything to make a deal! Dont waste your time or money dealing with these crooks. I called their corporate office as well and they could care less & couldn’t do anything about it. This is exactly the type of behavior that will deter customers from your stores. I’ll definitley make sure that all my family & friends know to stay away from your shady store & business antics.
