::My Wife & I used to go out to the McKnight Road Store location to pay our MONTHLY BILL, But we NOW drive down to the SHARPSBURG Location. The Staff that works there are VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. If I have any Questions about my fone, The Staff is ALWAYS READY to HELP. The McKnight Location was GREAT TOO, but traffic was ALWAYS A HEADACHE on McKNIGHT ROAD. Our Cell-Fone Bills AREN'T BAD Either. Our Children are CRICKET CLIENTS too.

::Wow. Best experience I've had in a long time. The manager at this store took the time to explain everything to me clearly and honestly felt that he cares about helping everyone that walks through his doors. He saved me a ton of money and the service itself is reliable. I've had att sprint and Verizon and the service is better then all of them combined and I still save money! Unbelievable! You get the customer service and price of the small guys with all the positives of the big name companies. Highly recommend this location

::I needed help. Picking a wireless company and a new device can be overwhelming now a days. I walked into this cricket wireless store and the whole staff was awesome. They treated me with respect and were very polite. The store manager made me feel great. I've never had a better experience with in a wireless retailer than I have had here!
