  This location needs a new manager. I will be filing multiple complaints against this store. BUYER BEWARE! This store is an authorized dealer and if you have issues with Cricket, the store or it's employees you will NOT get helped! I have been on the phone with corporate Cricket for 5 hours! I want the manager fired! I am so pissed at the time wasted that I am thinking of picketing this location till the owner acknowledges this issue!

  thank you Ruby and Noemi for helping me pair my phone to my bluetooth stereo in my car! Ive taken my phone to 5 other cricket stores who refused to help me since it had to do with my car and not my phone. these girls took care of my problem in no less than 5 minutes!! thank you so much Ruby and Noemi! Will definetly be recommending all my 39 grand kids to this location! Love the Cricket sisters! ♥

  Amazing staff! This store is a little out of the way for me, but the extra couple miles is definitely worth it! Best customer service I've experienced BY FAR at any Cricket location. Found this location by it's amazing Google reviews, and I have to say it definitely lives up to its expectations and exceeds all. Great store!

  Ruby, Edwin and Noemi are very professional sales advocates. Ruby, the manager helped me for 3 consecutive days! I tried to enroll in the Phone payment plan but i was unfortunately having a problem getting the lease to finalize. At the last moment i decided to not get the phone on the lease, which i felt horrible for making Ruby complete the process, but Ruby was very kind about it and very sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend this cricket store to anyone who values great customer service!!!
