  We've had cricket for several years now. I just updated my plan to unlimited. The first two weeks I had fast Internet then it was super slow. So I called and told the gentleman what my problem was and he told me that I need to restart my phone at least once a day. And he also said it's not unlimited, it only gives you 4 gb of Internet, so they are false advertising. But it would take me forever to use that much. I have turned my phone off for 8 hours every day while I'm at work to see if that will help and it doesn't. I am very disappointed. I wil be switching back to my previous plan because I'm not going to pay more for same service.

  Sketchy employees. Never got a call back. And no one ever answers the phone number listed on Google. Called corporate... can't find the district franchise Manager number. NO GOOD... F- ON CUSTOMER SERVICE...

  I went in to have a new service activated. I was told that on any new service activation the only service available was the most expensive service. Brianna F. Told me that I would have to wait 2 week and call back to change to the cheaper plan. This sounded fishy to me so I called corporate after I left. They said that was absolutely false information and they changed me to the correct plan and credited my account the difference. 1 star only for scam artists and liars. Update: Tried calling the store but not a working phone number. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. 0 stars if that was an option.

  The customer experience was great, even though they were busy I got the phone I wanted and was helped in a professional manner. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Check them out, I will go back when i need help.

  The manager was very helpful in explaining the plan and helping me configure my phone. I moved from verizon to Cricket and with her assistance and professionalism - it was easy and fast.
