  Great Customer Service. Had an issue with my ZTE Grand Max 4, thankfully I went in on a day that Dulce the Manager was working. I made sure to let her know all my concerns and she was able to resolve all the issues that I was having with the phone. Granted I believe the phone might be defective, she did give me a lot of information and options on how I can handle the situation. I understand completely that even though they sold the phone to me it wasn't their fault that it didn't come out right. I also remember them telling me that we do have a (7)day in-store warranty. But Dulce was a doll and helped me out a lot and also the other young lady that works there too Alexis she was amazing the following day when I had some follow up questions.

  The ladies at this store are absolutely amazing! They help you with whatever you need, they've never let me down. Love this store! Really recommend it.

  The young ladies that were in the store tonight had something important going on tonight im sure. I got to the store at 7:52pm the door was locked and the two sales associates were in the middle of closing down, counting the registers and so forth. . . . . Seems like they closed 10-15 min before the actually closing time. If I would Be the owner of the store I would go nuts. Its just something you don't do when you running a business. Anyway , you guys better get there earlier than I did or u out of luck.
