  I found a phone I liked for $ 99 at the store today. When I wanted to purchase it I was told it was the wrong price on display the price had gone up. I kindly asked for the price indicated on display to be honored. After 15 minutes of wait for the manager to come from the back room to help us his words were, if you want this phone it is $149. This is a Consumer fraud !

  Went there recently for issues with phone. Fast convienent service, friendly staff and answered all my questions.

  Great ,and better price for the LG stylo 2. Then any where else I have looked at other cricket stores.

  This Cricket is chaotic and unorganized. On Jan. 10, 2014, I walked in to exchange a car charger that I had purchased 14 days earlier that stopped charging my cell. About 20 minutes after arrival I was called and spent about 15 minutes with a Cricket rep that walked out to my truck to plug this charger into my cigarette lighter to see if it worked and it did not. The rep told me to go home and bring the cord I had forgotten at my house and she said she would replace it. I came back with the cord and transferred me to another rep to make the exchange. Well this rep didn't know how to operate her computer to complete the transaction so she passed me on to a male rep. Turned out this rep didn't understand what I was exchanging and they had a conference between themselves to get it straight. Finally, this male rep began typing the transaction onto his computer. But, another rep came along and said that they would not exchange my 14 day old charger and wasted all this time for absolutely no exchange that I was initially told would happen if I went home to get the cord and which I did do. This stores employees could earn a living as circus clowns.
