  Not the worst, but not the best. Rent,bills,are cheep for OKC, but if you in a hurry to get things done this place is not for you. If you are looking for price and peaçe and quite this is the place

  Really poor managment. This place has pool that doesn't work after being told they would fix it. The managment is very rude and hill billys. Non professional. If you want things fixed you have to do it your self.

  I have lived here for nearly a year. and have a list of complaints as long as my arm. Firstly, in the 11 months i have lived here we have had no less than 4 different managers. You never know who you will get walking into the office. Second, the beautiful pool that is advertised is really pretty...when they are showing an apartment...the rest of the time it is filled with gunk and green. Over the summer I was told a different story as to why it wasn't open or why it would be open soon, but at the end of august the pool had been open ZERO days! Third, and my biggest complaint, maintenance is either non-existent or incompetent. My neighbor above me had a leak in their shower which leaked through my ceiling into my bathroom. I discovered the issue withing a week of moving in, reported it, and was told it was fixed. Two days later, water is dripping on my head again. This went on for several months! Finally after writing a letter informing them that if a repair was not satisfactorily made I would be within my rights to break the lease did they make repairs. During this fight, my air conditioner began to leak and left a water pocket bubbled under the latex paint in my hall. The manager told me stick a bucket under it. My sliding glass doors barely slide. I have felt lied to and cheated since moving in. There was a new manager just hired and she seems nice and competent....but then so did the others. I have a little more than a month on my lease and unless she performs miracles and turns this place around, I will not be renewing.
